This recent series of watercolours develops thematically from the Missive series of collages. Strange collections of objects, repeated ideas from classical antiquity and stacked stones in surreal spaces.
Dream Wife: The Whys of the World, 2026
Inspired by a surreal collage watercolour of a pile of rock by American Surrealist Kay Sage. In this version collage watercolour figurines based on the Dolní Věstonice Venus, the oldest known ceramic in the world are stacked on an endless checkerboard floor.
